Pre-opening success

What a wonderful Pre-opening event. Thank you to all who came to support me in getting ready for the Grand Opening. Serving my Afternoon Tea Luncheon the ladies all got try first choose the tea of their liking, then where served all homemade delicious non calorie lacking foods. The menu was scones served with lemon curd, cream, and strawberry jam, a strawberry salad, roasted cauliflower soup, followed by 4 quartered sandwiches one of each being English tuna, egg salad, cucumber and cream cheese and then my ham and apricot. Last they indulged in a parfait from my friend in Germany's recipe called Snow desert, and my recipes of cranberry swirl cheese cake bars, chocolate fudge and raspberry almond thumbprint cookies.
